i WAS SICK AND TIRED OF WORKERS CONSTANT CALLING,NO RESPECT FOR MY HOME, OR MY TERMINALY ILL RELATIVE,ATTITUDE WAS THEY WILL COME AND GO AS THEY PLEASE WHEN EVER WHEN I FIRED THEM FOR MISCONDUCT,BAD ATTIDUTE, RUDENESS, PLUS LEAVING ROOM AND BATHROOM WITH USED PLASTIC GLOVES ON FLOOR, SUPPLIES NOT PUT BACK ALL OVER ROOM, BATHROOM AND FLOOR KATHY LOOPER AND OTHERS WITHOUT ASKING ME ASSUME THEY KNOW PATIENT BETTER THAN ME, DO NOT INFORM ME THEN HAVE ME ARRESSTED ON FALSE ACCUSATIONS AND JAILED FOR 3 DAYS pATIENT IS TERMINAL,AND MEDS AND DISEASE AFFECTING HIS CLARITY THEN JAILED TO MISS CONSERVATORESHIP HEARING SMEARING MY NAME

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: patient conservatorship revoked,monetary damages, punitive.

Gentiva Cons: Employee attitude, False accusations, Service, Lyin, Jailed for 72 hours.

I completely agree. My dad's doctor didn't want to release him from the hospital unless he has hospice because it seems he's getting aggravated at my dad having to go to the hospital so much.

My dad has advanced copd. Anyway, I won't go into all the details. But my dad could have another 6 months or year, but I made it plain to the hospice worker that if it' a life or death situation that I'm calling 911. I brought it up again and she said that we would have to call them first, let them evaluate the situation, possibly call the doctor to see what he says.

There's a lot more, but we only had them for about half a day.

Also, the worker just walked right on in. My dad hadn't even been brought home from the hospital yet.
